- Out reach and education in all that we do – engage to the community, our partnering organizations, the press, elected/ appointed officials, and agencies;
- Assess community sentiment/ market research. Practice the principles of Social Ecology so that Water League can be highly effective in its mission to engage the public in the management of the water it owns;
- Take action: inspire petition signing, public testimony, and letters to officials and the press by the public;
- Ask all stakeholders often: “When the water runs low or is unfit for use, what will you do?”
